Hello!
I'm Heather Todd and I reside in Lower Hutt, Aotearoa New Zealand. I'm certified in Clinical EFT and I also offer Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath. I find these two modalities work really well together. Both of these tools are empowering as you'll learn them yourself, to self soothe.
I love giving back to community. I feel especially passionate seeing the changes in clients especially those in emotional and mental pain from trauma.
I've been working with clients using EFT since 2006 and HeartMath since 2022.
